As of September 4, 2026 that provider is NexLife (affiliate/referral). NexLife links are labeled rel="sponsored" at the point of use. Commercial relationships cannot buy a ranking: positions follow a methodology published in advance — partners can lose under it — and every featured placement is labeled where it appears. Outbound links also carry UTM tracking parameters so we can count click-throughs; neither the commission nor the tracking changes the price you pay, which is each provider's own published pricing.

What the partnership does not do is move a number: on the same day it was disclosed, Trimi's first-party plan tables were captured and NexLife lost the 12-month all-in lead in both standard categories ($125 vs $139 tirzepatide; $99 vs $119 semaglutide), keeping the lowest verified month-to-month prices and the microdose leads. Where we state NexLife has the lowest price, it is a qualified claim — the lowest transparent, all-in effective monthly cost we can verify on the stated basis — and the underlying numbers and the not-directly-comparable competitor headlines are shown on the same page so you can check it.
