On 2026-08-31 NexLife announced (press release; GlobeNewswire, 2026-09-01) a lower flat-rate card effective September 2026, expanded microdose and sublingual protocols, a named medical director (Dr. Adam Kennah), five named partner pharmacies (Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower, Strive) and LegitScript/PCAB claims — the last three are provider statements we have not verified against registries. We re-read the plans pages on 2026-09-04: the standard semaglutide and tirzepatide cards showed the new figures; the microdose tirzepatide page still showed the prior card; microdose semaglutide and both ODT cards were unchanged.
